Our stay at your hotel was thoroughly enjoyable and the service excellent. The room was clean, the bathroom very new and clean, and the rest of facilities were clean and with nice decoration. Also the breakfast was good and staff were very kind with us. The Hotel is located a 10 minutes walking from St. Mark square, very quiet place and very near from the center of the city. more

The hotel itself was clean and nice BUT the staff were disgusting, extremely rude and unhelpful. Venice is an amazing, beautiful place The staff at this establishment ruined it. Do not stay here. more

The hotel is in a very quiet location with a beautiful view to a small canal and 15 minute walk distance to Piazza San Marco (main attraction). The room is big and confortable however I'm not so fan of the scandalous wallpaper and carpet. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. more

To say that the new apartments give you the best of both worlds - independence yet the breakfast & other facilities of the Hotel - is an understatement. Spent 4 nights here in Oct 2008. Great location in Dorsoduro on a side canal. Very clean room. Nice breakfast/eating area and very helpful staff. Spent a nice evening on a rooftop sitting area. Would definitiely stay here again. more
