What a fabulous hotel in a fabulous location in a fabulous city. The staff, without exception were brilliant, though we do have to single out the head barman who was exactly what a head barman should be. Well worth its 4 stars. We will return!! More

My family and I stayed here on our latest trip to Venice. We had two spacious lovely rooms with views of the tiny canal that runs next to the hotel. Since it was late November, it was very cold, but the hotel was always warm and cozy. The beds are the best we have ever experienced in Venice. The breakfast... More

This is just an amazing little boutique hotel. Lovely common areas, exquisite rooms, and good location if you're coming in by train or car, because it is close to the train station. Venice is such a walking city, that it was fun to take off from the hotel and wind around to the other end. Food was a little stilted... More

Really lovely hotel within a stones throw of the bus centre. Breakfast was amazing, with such a variety of food we were astounded by the choice and quality. Staff were really friendly and it didn't seem like anything was too much trouble. The only thing for me was the evening meal wasn't so great but the ambience and comfort outweighed... More

Yes, it is the place to stay in Venice. Just over the bridge from the Railway, thru the bus station - so no lugging of suit cases great distances trying to find your hotel in the maze that is Venice. Walking distance to every part of Venice is not taxing, but the ferry stop is a few minutes walk if... More

Hotel was lovely as expected, location is about 7mins from the main station which was perfect for us. However is a good 30-35min walk to the main square. It was a lovely walk, and as my partner and I are only in our early 20's it was great for us. I would recommend this hotel as it was perfectly finished... More

While planning our trip to Venice for our honeymoon, we decided to stay in a luxury hotel in order to pamper ourselves since you only get married once! Nevertheless, we found this hotel and from the first moment we were welcomed to when we left, it was one of the best experiences we've had in a hotel. Not only is... More

Excellent english speaking staff that were extremely helpful. Location is fantastic. A few minutes walk to the train station, bus station and ferry station, yet a very quiet neighbourhood. Had a balcony room on the 1st floor overlooking the canal. Room was extremely large with huge bed, small sitting area and great size bathroom. Did not eat at the hotel... More
