This hotel is not cheap and the pillows are hard. The rooms are not large, but have all the amenities and are clean. The staff is excellent. What takes this from a three to a four is a great location. You are near San Marco Square and right off the San Marco stop on the water bus.

We unfortunately did not get a waterfront view from our room. Our room was clean and comfortable, if a bit small. The furnishings were lovely, including a marquetry desk. Breakfast was fine.
