Great location, beautiful and ancient palace, Cosy and very clean. Warm welcome and efficient service. Paul (the manager) made best coffee for us in the morning and was very nice and helpful giving us lots of insights to visit the real unspoilt ancient Venice...definitely recommend, we'll come back!
