central location, in the middle between san marco and rialto bridge with a nice roof terrace for common use to enjoy an excellent view over venice. rooms are on the 4th floor in a side street - there's neither a door bell, nor a receptionist and no elevator! it's been very chaotic to check-in... better: to find someone responsible for...
