I stayed in Ca' dei Nicoli apartment with my husband last October. We felt it was great to have a fully equiped apartment after a long period in hotel rooms. The apartment is comfortable, near vaporetto, local stores and San Marco Square. Very good at all! I have already recomended for two friends and would really go back there.

A place that was far beyond expectations. Warm and very friendly people. It is well situated in the center of Venice, chose the option room plus kitchen and individual bathroom , the best option in my opinion, if you want to save some money and make occasionally food at home.

I agree with all the good reviews that have been written before. This is a lovely b&b in a quiet area where Venetians live, owned by 2 very friendly people. Very good for a short stay. The place is very clean, new furnished, quiet, comfortable, away from crowds and in a very good location. Silvia and Piero are kind and willing to help you with directions and information. We strongly recomend it for couples.
