This was my 3rd trip to Venice and really enjoyed being away from the heavy tourist area yet only steps away to the water bus. We were met at the bus station and taken on foot to the apartment. For the price of a double room in a 3/4 star hotel we had a big living room with balcony, 2 bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. The local square was fabulous - several cafes, food shop, pastry shop and an evening of tango dancing.... more

We have stayed with 5 people (2 parents, two daughters and a friend) in Ca'Tiziano on the second floor. Fresco's on the seeling, granito floor, antique furniture, beautiful. New and clean bathroom, new well .equipped kitchen. View over a small canal where boats flow by. We were picked up at the piazzale Roma and they helped us carrying our bags.... more

We, a family of five, spent four nights in Venice in the Ca' Guardi apartment. The apartment, the house and the location were excellent. Very centrally located in Venice, but quiet neighborhood, but with restaurants and a supermarket and some small shops within two minutes walk. Recommended! more

We stayed in Ca' Tiepolo the ground floor appartment and found it excellent. We were met and greeted near the station to guide our way.
