We stayed here for 3 nights and were generally very pleased with the standard of accomadation and service. We had room Uno which is the one without a private garden. It was a reasonable size, very clean and was decorated in contemporary style and also had a nice double shower room. While being away from the main busy areas it... More

We stayed 4 nights in room TRE. Definitely the best hotel we found on our 2 weeks trip in Italy. Room was very large and comfortable, the bed very large. The batrhoom was  just renovated and very stylish. And the breakfast was large and fresh. Served in our room. A 5 star stay in Venice for us! More

I KNOW THIS IS LONG BUT IT MUST BE SAID!!! Me and my girlfriend went to this hotel for Valentines Day and went on the strength of other peoples reviews, HOWEVER when we were first shown the room both me and my girlfriend were very disappointed!! Both of us felt that for what we paid for, it was grossly overpriced,... More

Dear Mr. Evony, you stayed on February 12, 13 and 14 2012 in room U N O, a double superior with garden. The bedroom is provided with a bathroom with a double shower (suitable for two people). On the morning of the 13th, you called Marta, our waitress, because there were some ants in the bedroom. Marta asked you to... More

We stayed there in room Tre in November. The room is large with access to a nice backyard since the room is on the ground floor. But the tiles in the toilet look a little old, and we could only guess that the rug on the toilet floor was once white...it could really use some washing. What was surprising was... More

Mrs. Takesbus 11, the bathroom of room T R E is fully equipped with white ceramic mosaic tiles. Unfortunately mosaic tile floorings have a failing: as time goes on, they slowly tend to become yellowish. Anybody knowing mosaic tiles will agree on this aspect. In spite of appropriate detergents, that we use to avoid the tile spacing to yellow, this... More

Having decided to tackle Venice with a wheelchair traveller, we found this hotel online. Had no problems arriving via vaporetto from the station, a very direct route with no steps. The hotel is small, just 3 rooms and, apart from one step at the front door and another smaller one in the room, hubby wheeled around with no problems. We... More

My husband and I were fortunate to enjoy 2 nights at Avogaria Locanda. We were in room 'Uno'. Avogaria Locanda is easily reached via water bus (vaporetto): station, San Basilio. (San Basiliio is easily accessed from the Airport Bus Terminal and Central Train Station.) All staff are outstanding - friendly, approachable, helpful - we can't speak highly enough about them.... I booked a room at this hotel with laterooms, the booking requested a credit card to reserve the booking. A week later I received an e mail saying that I needed to contact them to make payment. A little confuses, as I was under the impression that payment was made to the hotel upon arrival. THIS IS NOT THE CASE.... More

Dear "maesllwch", on August you booked, by laterooms.com, a room with us for one night, and you sent us a credit card number as a guarantee. 3 days later, after checking that the credit card you sent us was not a "credit card" but a "debit card", we sent you an e-mail saying that unfortunately the credit card details you... We stayed here on the first 2 nights of our honeymoon. We were made to feel welcome from the outset. The room we had was lovely, and the little outdoor courtyard was delightful. We ate here on our second night, and although it was expensive, the food was excellent. The seafood platter in particular was terrific. More

We spent 4 geat days in Venice in this nice place in quiet Dorsoduro, all interesting sights were close to reach - walking or by boat. And we were delighted to have chosen this design hotel! We had a great time sitting in the restaurant or at the terrace with really lovely food and both owners Philippo and Francesco cared... More
