“The rudest staff ever”

The staff denied that I even had a reservation even though I had the confirmation number. My favorite line in the conversation was "we would charge your credit card if you hadn't shown." But they didn't have the reservation or a room. They end up referring me to a more expensive hotel without an english speaking staff or air conditioning... More
