Nice hotel just half the way between the railway station and the central Cathedral square. The structure is a bit old style and plain from the outside, I guess, from the 60's, but very well kept and comfortable inside. Room was big and equipped with bath tube and balcony over the mountains. Very kind and helpful personnel, from the recetpionists... More

Our stay in Bolzano was the last stop on a five day trip through the Dolomiti. Arriving early (before noon) we were greeted warmly. Although too early to check in, the front desk staff stored our luggage, took our cell number and called us when our room was ready (2 PM). When we arrived back at the hotel, out timing... More

This hotel has an excellent location, just a short walk from the square and its quiet. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. My room was basic but had everything I needed i.e. bed, bathroom with shower (no bath) and free wifi. Breakfast was excellent. More

We came to Bolzano with the intention of making it our base with which we could take day trips to surrounding towns as well as explore Bolzano. We planned to stay for 10 days. However, my wife fell ill and consequently we could not move for almost 4 weeks. The front desk help us tremendously regarding our medical emergency as... More

Having selected this hotel after reading comments on Trip Advisor, we were disappointed to arrive and find it shabby and very dated. The one lift services six floors, and carries only 7 people at a time. We found the food in the in-house restaurant disappointing, with an unimaginative menu and lack-lustre presentation. Temperatures were hot during our stay and we... More

A room with a view- shared a triple- one bed had its own area separated by a wall ! Breakfast was plentiful.- Cereals, fresh fruit, tasty bread and desserts, coffee, tea and assorted juices. Asked and got a late checkout. Staff was extremely helpful. Close to train , car rental, tourist office and travel agent just a block away. Would... More

Great staff: Sofia so professional & helpful. FANTASTIC breakfast: buffet style w/American & European-style foods: cereals, muesli, delicious pastries, cakes, meats, cheeses & breads, many juices, & fresh fruit. Great coffee, tea & hot chocolate. Location 200 m from train & very safe area, short walk to Oetsi museum. Spotless & comfortable room. After 16 days of travel, privileges @... More

Smart hotel very centrally located. Good breakfast buffet with fresh fruit. Parking Garage underneath hotel (14 Euro per day). Rooms need refurbishment, but generally ok. More

This little hotel is very conveniently located, the staff is outstanding. The rooms are very plain, but clean and completely adequate. The breakfast was delicious, and included several choices. More

If you, like we did, arrive by train and leave by rental car this is the place to stay in between. Both railway station and a good car rental company is just around the corner. It is also close to the pleasant city center of Bolzano. The staff really went out of their way to make sure we had a... More
