Situated on edge of city centre this jewel caters well to North American tastes. Big shower. Room 201 has 2 levels, ideal for sleeping three. Overlooks pretty garden courtyard. Quiet. If you need anything (eg coffee, tea, face cloths), just ask at front desk. Good continental breakfast. Excellent value. Parking available. More

We were only in Turin for a weekend and on a tight schedule so we chose this hotel because it was a reasonably priced 4 star hotel right next to Porta Susa, which has the fast train and stops for the coaches to the airport and is also close to the centre of the city. Everything was satisfactory about this... More

We stayed here for a weekend break, the hotel is very well placed to tour the city. The staff were very courteous, helpful and available. The rooms are very well designed, ours had a second floor which made the sleeping area very large, leaving downstairs as a very roomy lounge. Buffet style breakfast was varied and plentiful. Would highly recommend... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights in July. As per previous postings the decor is a little different. That said it was comfortable, well located for the centre of town and the reception staff were friendly and efficient. Would consider staying here again. More

We stayed here with my parents for two nights in June and got the coach from Milan Malpensa airport virtually to the door. It is a 15 minute walk from the centre of Turin but in a nice neighbourhood, with a couple of great (and very reasonable) restaurants just around the corner, away from the main street. Check in was... More

we had booked 3 nights at hotel dock milano and unfortunately the lady in our room was ill and couldn't leave so we had 1 night at the best western instead for no extra cost. staff were friendly and helpful but it was quite disappointing considering its a 4*. the room was very busy and cramped and not nicely decorated... The Best Western Hotel City is ideally situated close to the Porta Susa train station and underground stop. Stayed in a standard double room - solid room, nothing fancy. Room had sky satellite television, free Wi-Fi, room safe and small refrigerator that contained the minibar. The room was air-conditioned, but it didn't work well. Breakfast was basic with breads, fruit,... More

The room was comfortable and practical with basic/poor furnishing . The beds lacked bedspreads, the food served at the restaurant was of poor quality and the waitress wasn't always helpful. For breakfast the coffee was watered and poor. In general the stay was at the level of a decent 2 stars hotel, surely not a 4 stars. More

We have stayed in this hotel twice during our trip around Italy. Location is the best for travelers who use shuttle bus from airport to city as you need only to cross the street to reach the hotel door. Rooms have strange design)))but they are very clean and comfortable. Try to ask the room with windows to the inside garden... More

The hotel was nice, although the decor was strange to say the least - we had blue/red neon lights over our bed! The staff couldn't have been more helpful to us - finding us somewhere else to drop our car, to recommending places to eat etc. Couldn't fault them. Location was good, in a nice quiet area of Turin.
