We stayed with Mariagrazia in September 2012. She was a perfect hostess, and Villa Pinin is a wonderful B&B. Very convenient to Orta, and in a beautiful location. Beautful room, great breakfast and location. You won't believe the view from the terrace, absolutely magical. Marigrazia was so gracious, picked up us at the train station and arranged a ride for us when we left. The swimming on the the little beach was unforgettable. Loved every minute and can't wait to return!

We stayed in the largest of the rooms which has a private bathroom. The room was really nice and had a shared balcony. The room could have benefited from a fan as the heat was intense and the mosquitos took advantage of any open window.
