We had a fantastic weekend in Milan and i should definitely say that our accomodation Choice " Foresteria Monforte" was the major detail:) This cosy apartment/hotel has a wonderfull location ( very close to Duomo and Galleria and shopping area). The owner Giovanni is very kind and friendly. We stayed in the suite room which was very comfortable , well... More

The price and location is good, but what you get for it is not. Our room had a lot of ants, was extremely loud due to the street noise and cars and horns blaring, the sheets were dirty and had pubic hair (pubic hair!!!), and some other human bodily fluid stains. The wifi doesn't work and the breakfast is soo... More

I travel to Milan and stay here at Foresteria Monforte last month for Salone de Mobile and did not like this bed and breakfast. I did enjoy the breakfast, like the toast with tea. But the room was quite loud and I had to wear ear plugs. Quite expensive and just not worth it and there was a smell of... More

We travelled as a family of 5 and booked two rooms for two nights. Although there are no inter-connecting rooms, it was not a problem as it all feels like one big apartment. The advantages are many, including the very personal service, large rooms, high ceiling, internet, beautiful decor, big windows, cleanliness, modern bathrooms, great location, ample bottled water, glasses,... On arriving at the Foresteria Montforte one is immediately greeted by the friendly host Giovanni. The rooms are actually like apartments, big bedroom, equally big salon and a good sized bathroom - all exquisitly decorated in taupe colours with a mix of modern and antique furniture. There is a beautiful kitchen making one truely feel like it's "home" where one... More

Good B&B with nice room breakfast and good location (5 min walking from the subway) on a quiet area. A couple of issues disapointed me: There was a missing glass at the shower box, weting the whole bathroom. And on the same day we arrived (very tired BTW) the boiler wasn`t working, so we had cold shower, next day it... More

Beautiful, trendy small bed and breakfast with good location. The rooms were beautiful with cool interior and a large fresh bathroom. The BB had a personal touch and it was so nice to be greeted by Giovanni when we arrived. Breakfast served in the room in the morning. We were able to have the room for the whole sunday and... More

We loved this B&B and found Maria very nice and helpful. The rooms are stylish and the location is great if a little noisy - but you are in a big city. The breakfast is basic but I have never had a great breakfast in Italy unless in a very American hotel, and it is delivered to your room any... More

What a disappointment.. Having thought I had something special we experienced a nightmare. The room was great- on the net and in the reviews, but clearly those who recommended it hadn't stayed in the room we did. By next morning there was a most unpleasant smell, of sewerage coming from our shower plug hole and filling the room in which... More

This B&B was recomended by a friend who lives in Milan. Another friend and I stayed here for three nights in September . We loved the place, it is so much like Milan - sleek and smart and stylish. It doesn't feel like a hotel, but more like someone's apartment. The Guicci wallpaper in the closet is a nice reminder... More
