Radisson have a very good name but this hotel was a disappointment overall. Reception is classy, but the hotel is let down by its rooms and spa facilities which are all a little tired - grubby paintwork, broken tiles, etc. Location was also an issue with it being 10 minutes by train and 25 minutes by tram from the city... As others say, this is good old dependable radisson, tried and trusted but in a dreary neighbourhood. Only gripe is the entrance doors are not automatic and no one to open doors or help despite laden down with bags, baby and luggage. More

The hotel all in all is good. The rooms are really beautiful and very spacious, very clean, each room has two bathrooms, one for regular use and one for people with special needs. Very nice rooms and public areas in a reltively poor location far from everything. Still, if You value a spacious and modern room in a hotel with an excellent restaurant, a nice pool, great conference facilities and a nice bar, then this is a good choice ! More
