I've been several times to this place and I love it. The mood is just great! Rooms are pleasant, the food is great, the staff is welcoming and providing a taste of Asia good for whom sensible at this. Location is good, close to metro and university, and 5 min walk from Corso Buenos Aires. More

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. The owners are lovely and very helpful. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast was excellent (the breakfast cakes are a most). We ate in the restaurant on one of the nights and Dario recommended Italian wines that perfectly matched the Vietnamese cooking. More

I stayed in this b&b for one night in a single room on the third floor, the green one. The position is good, because it is prety near to Piola underground station, which is 5 minute to city center.
