We arrived very early (9 am) from an overnight flight, and a room was found for us promptly. Happy, friendly & knowledgeable staff. They were obviously empowered by a very sensible manager! The included breakfast was very good, including some hot items, and we left very well set up for the day. more

Because the room rate was so cheap, we were pleasantly surprised on arrival.We were given homemade cookies !! It was modern, comfortable & clean. Hotel was lovely not in a nice area though, staff are very friendly and helpful close to all the sights in milan. Don't rate milan only good for shopping We went to Lake Como and i would recommed that to anyone to vist as its so beautiful. more

Hotel was very clean and modern. Good location, very quiet and only a few minutes walk to the Metro. Air conditioning did not work properly, complained several times, hotel sent engineer to look at it but it still didn't work, even moved to another room and air con didn't work there either.
