This...inn (not a hotel) is quite well located (25 min. of walk from Central Station), good communication by metro with the rest of the city. Rooms-old, not perfectly clean, terrible smell from the bathroom (even when cleaned). Staff - seems nice when you do not want anything from them. When you ask for something (for instance when you want to... More

We had our flight been cancelled for 2 nights from Paris to Milan.so we just stayed one night in this inn. We tried to cancel the booking but they did not accepted at first... When we reached to Milan we contacted the inn and they told the booking is cancelled and you must pay again more than before for one... More

I booked this because it was relativly cheap and close to a metro station. The overall experience wasn't terrible. The room was fine for sleeping but if you wish to spend any time in your room i would avoid this place. The view was a run down courtyard with residential balconeys covered in washing. The airconditioning was at a cost... More

It's not a hotel, it's a piece of junk: - the included breakfast offered nothing else but the cheapest (and the most crappy) pastry on could buy from a supermarket, plus some orange juice (undrinkable, IMHO, it tasted like sugar and medicine). Last but not least, they charge 2 euro for a cup of coffee (which, judging from my many... More

I was there just to sleep, I had to go to IRCS C Besta: cheap (60€ for a double) with a good bed, I slept well, while the blizzard was blowing outside. but the room was cold; the worst place was the smalll bathroom, dirty, with mould in the window and the shower. at least the dog was nice! the... I like hotel location (quiet and close to the airport and the station) and the fact that you can park your car in front of the hotel for free. Appriciated also for the price. We could leave our bags after the check out. Negative: very poor breakfast, the people inside do not speak any English and were not helpful enough

4 girls, just returned from a 3 night stay at Hotel Piola in Milan. We arrived at 2am, which woke the owner up, although he was expecting us! The room was was a decent size, beds were comfy. The bathroom was very small but it had everything we needed, including a decent shower with plenty of hot water! We didn't... More

This hotel was a real nightmare for us, we didn't make any reservations before hand. So we ended up having to walk in, discussed the price which we had to pay 10€ extra/night to have the air-con, we didn't have any choice as it was something like 40 C° outside! Still they kept switching it off once they see that... More

the WORST accomodation I have ever stayed in... after travelling europe for a month, staying in cheap hostels and campsites, the pictures and description of this hostel sounded promising... however there was no air conditioning and over night the room temperatures reached levels unbearable to sleep in. the cleaner stole possesions of ours. the staff were extremely unfriendly, there is... We arrived at the hotel a couple of hours before check-in and was told that we could not enter our rooms, which is fair, but there was no locked room to place our bags so we had to leave them in the reception area. As for the room, it had all the facilities you needed although the bathroom in our... More
