We were staying at Royal for a week, and the entire time the feeling was like they were so unhappy that people come there. The first good impression of hotel’s lavish design is ruined pretty quickly by staff’s unfriendliness. The hotel is located on the middle of nowhere and no shuttle offered anywhere, even to the closest subway station. From... more
