Good service, spacious rooms, adjacent to a car park (not managed by the hotel), very good breakfast, close to some good restaurants and a pleasant fifteen minute walk to the castle. Only minor negative was the broken shower handle (Room 317!!!).

The hotel has a very nice location. We arrived at the Central Station and walked to the hotel (about 15 minutes with luggage). We left out of the Garibaldi Station and walked there as well (about 5 minute walk). At the second of the arrival the floor of the room was inundated due to air conditioned malfunction. Told the reception to fix the problem . Apparently, nothing was done and the problem persisted in my second and third nights despite my multiple calls to the reception.

Close to railway station which was good as that was how we arrived. Because we had a short wait in reception on arriving (which we didn't mind) they upgraded us to a Junior Suite which was extremely spacious. Have stayed here numerous times when on business in Milan. This "residence" is comfortable, safe and clean. The rooms are a fair size and beds are comfortable. Simple breakfast offerings and hot egg dishes on request. Nice croissants! Hotel is close to Corso Como area, many restaurants and walking distance to the train station.

Stayed here while working in Milan for an extended period. Staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The room was a suite, with balcony, bedroom, living area and kitchenette, with maid service every other day. Food in the restaurant was delicious, although the menu didn't include any pizzas! this hotel offers an excellent service, excellent rooms ,a magnificent restaurant and a perfect location, although there were a lot of buildings under construction at the time.great choice but quite expensive!
