“Ok hotel”

Overall this is an ok hotel. My room was spotlessly clean and had a desk, TV, minibar, safe, phone and modern bathroom. The furnishings are outdated but overall a comfy stay and therefore good value for Milan. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall: Good. And the clerk who was present at both our check-in and check-out was the most helpful chap imaginable. That may vary, of course -- there were at least 4 other clerks who were present at different times. Check-in: Standard hotel check-in Language: Italian. Our clerk had a decent grasp of English too.
