Pleasant staff. Very elegant room on 4th floor. Good value for money (with excellent breakfast) . The hotel used to be my favourite one in Milan for years. It is located close to the train station and the underground wich takes you to the Duomo in 5 minutes. Very large room and bathroom. Large cabinets. Difficult to use safe. The hotel is still a good one but needs a total & urgent refurbishment. more
