This hotel is in an excellent location - close to the train station and a half hour walk from central Milan (Sforza Castle). My room was fairly clean, but the decor is a bit dated. Front desk staff are friendly. For the price, I would stay again.

Good location just 3 minute walk from the Central station, small but clean hotel, we were satisfied with the services. The only problem was, that the ventillation system at the beathroom was not the best, but it did not bother us to much.

Satisfied with its convenient location. Reception could speak English well. We booked a double-bed room for one night. The room was large and clean, yet it was quite dark as the light inside the room was too soft. The elevator was small which could barely carry two persons plus two luggage. Overall we was satisfied with this hotel.

Located near central station so very convenient. Very big rooms, great service and the cheapest and most comfortable hotel among all we've been to in Italy. They give discounts for paying cash. Quiet neighborhood. 4 stations away from Duomo.

On checking in we were met by a very friendly efficient English speaking gentleman on reception that made us feel at ease. The hotel is old, but very clean. Hotel Garda is very clean and is conveniently located near to central station. It is quite basic for £100 per night, breakfast is not included, there are no toiletries provided in the room and the wifi costs extra. Garda is a nice city hotel, simple but nice. Very clean, very efficient and friendly staff. Location is perfect close to metro and train station. Restaurants and pizza places are within walking distance. All in all, convenient and simple!

The Hotel Garda is a great choice for a short term stay in Milan. It's well priced, specially if you book via one of their on line offers, and so close to the railway station and underground.
