We are staying at the apartment 2 which I think it's not yet renovated. However, the room is still good. Pros: Location is good. About 20 mins walk from Milano Centrale railway station and a metro station nearby, walking to the Duomo is just about 15 mins walk. Supermarket (Carrefour express) just around the corner. Check in was quick, and we found the apartment in Via San Fermo to be modern, comfortable and sufficiently equipped. The wireless internet and nespresso machine were nice touches.
