Room was good size with very small bathroom.
Breakfast is just small coffee with small roll, so not a really great deal.

Older place, an old apartment converted in a hotel. Not a touristy part of town, but clean and safe and close to a small park and small shops. Good desk service, although English is so-so. 10-15 minute walk from central train station; 15-20 min from airport (Linate). Good value for money.
