The service an experience at this hotel was what we expected, which was excellent. Nothing is too much trouble, they are attentive but also respect your space. The rooms are very comfortable with great views. The breakfasts are great. They made our celebration exceptional, it is a Leading Hotel which it has cleary demonstrated during our stay.

The views from the hotel restaurants and the piano bar are truly beautiful. The restaurant food and service is truly first class. The accommodation and ensuite facilities are truly magnificent. The prices of drinks however are truly eye-wateringly expensive!

Service was excellent and the view from our room was great. View of the lake and islands. Room slightly on the small side but typical of older hotels. Decor eclectic but interesting. Everything was clean well maintained.

I have been fortunate enough to stay here twice now with work. The hotel is like a large beautiful home. The interior has been very lavishly decorated and in keeping with the style of the building. Spent an amazing week here. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The food is to die for. Our lake view room did not disappoint. Fantastic view of the islands in the lake. Very comfortable bed. Easy walk into Stressa.

This is an average hotel with a very expensive look and price tag. Absolutely nothing comes with the room rate and you're charged for everything.....coffee, Wi-fi, ect. We stayed there for two nights in July and it was a very hot summer. We woke up sweating every night. Either they turn down the air conditioners or they're in desperate need... More
