Nice view to the lake, friendly personell. Very good relation price/value, free and easy parking. An absolute must: the restaurant of the sister hotel Continental: excellent food, fantastic view over the lake, charming waiters and reasonable prices. Less amazing: access by car through the historical city with thousands of tourists behaving like sheeps... More

Getting into the historical centre of Sirmione by car is a bit of a hassle but I would recommend Villa Maria if you want to stay in the centre for a reasonable price.The room was a good size,clean,with a nice bathroom,shower and plenty of towels.The hotel was unattended buy staff most of the time and check in and out had... this is a perfect place,especially for families. i stayed in the selfcatering homes. they were spotless,clean simple bathroom and bedrooms-colours not great though! there is a table outside each home so you can eat outdoors. there is a beautiful swimming pool, a smaller one for children. it is located near good restaurants and a beach. close to other big attractions...
