The receptionist here (I think her name is Patrizia) is so professional and friendly we would not stay anywhere else in Lecco..When we checked in there were a number of conferences going on an other guests checking in but she still found time to let us wait in the foyer and have housekeeping call down when a room was ready.... Location downtown was excellent. Hotel lobby and restaurant were very nice and apparently recently remodeled. A variety of newspapers were available for review each morning.
