We pulled this off the net and punched it into the vehicle's GPS. Arriving in Lecco we thought we were there but Oh No!. It is a very winding and mountainous drive up to the B&B which is really at the bottom of the cable car and quite isolated. The rooms were basic but adequate and wireless WIFI was available....

Our 4 nights stay with Renate & Antonio was far beyond the usual level when it comes to hospitality, friendliness, helpful and very generous servicing of their guests.
It all happens in a happy and humorous atmosphere, where you very quickly feel at home and in the best hands. Our best recommendation.

Nice location and scenery, right next to Piani d'Erna which is worth visiting by using the cableway.
Even if one doesn't feel like hiking / trekking, e.g. a day trip to Milan can be done easily by using the local bus (#5) to central of Lecco and taking the train from there.

B&B with great location who love to go up mountain walk and who wants to get some fresh air and feel the nature. Easy to find from the Lecco city - bus line 5 goes straight to the parking area from the railway station. Great little restaurant downstairs in this B&B
