Although the location, right in the heart of Como's old town, is great and the beds are comfortable, the concrete floors, plastic furniture, and noisy metal staircase (think stairs meant for ski boots) were not to our taste. We made a reservation for a deluxe double which had a nice atmosphere upstairs. The bed size (max. 160cm) was not according to booking.com (180-200cm) and a coffeemaker was missing. But the hotel personnel really made an effort, provided the coffeemaker and offered an upgrade to a jr. suite, which we turned down due to a generator next to it.... More

the room was spacious, clean and modern, te staff was very helpful and friendly and the location of the hotel is fantastic: close to the lake, vibrant bars and restaurants and a wide range of shops. all in all: we will be back for sure! More

Hotel was in a great location and surprisingly quiet at night, but renovation was going on next door and drilling/hammering began around 8:00 in the morning - not too much of a bother because we were up, but if you like to sleep in, it could be disturbing.
