The enitre satff was very accomodating. We were first in line for breakfast on Sunday so that we could make the 8:30 Mass up the block. They made sure we had everyting we needed even as they set up for the other guests. The room was wonderful. I knew not to expect a shower curtian, so I was not shocked.... more

Wonderful hotel right across the street from Lago Como. We shared a terrance on the 2nd floor overlooking the lake. Nice breakfast in the morning and an attentive and helpful staff. No a/c in our room, but with the lake breeze and fan we had no issues. Lack of parking is the only issue more

We just left the hotel florence in the middle of a heat wave, 95 degrees. Our room was pretty but the air conditioning was not cool. The owner claimed that he could not set the air conditioning for lower than 70 degrees. We could not control the air conditioning, only he could.
