“Full of old school charm & lovely service”

This is a lovely, luxurious, old school hotel in an ideal location in Bellagio. The service is friendly & attentive. We were upgraded to a spacious Junior Suite with excellent views. This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at. Amazing find-de-siècle decors. Phantastic breakfast buffet in the ballroom. Phantastic location right at lake Como. Excellent restaurant. Hotels can hardly get any better.

Friends and I just left Serbelloni- and our experience was close to perfection. The location and facilities are beyond beautiful. Just as important, we found the staff warm and helpful. “Overpriced, unfriendly and outdated mausoleum”

The location of Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni in Bellagio is magnificent, with amazing views and access directly onto Lake Como. However, the atmosphere within the hotel was reminiscent of a museum. The staff were supercilious and the service was indifferent. Breakfast was mediocre for a five star hotel and many items carried additional charges.
