Hotel is centrally located upstairs over some commercial premises. Parking is in a public car park some sistance from the hotel. While we had a king size bed our room was quite small and the bathroom a little dated. However every place was very clean. Friendly reception staff and excellent breakfast!

Very pleasant hotel ideally situated on a squqre near the old town and the Piazza Ferrari. Very professional multi lingual staff at reception. Nice breakfast. Overall good value for money.

Best location, downtown, close to everything, staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are ok, ask for a big one. Wi fi free of charge in the lobby.

We do have different sizes of rooms depending on how many people stay and the type of reservation, but we always have the tendency to upgrade to a bigger room, no matter what..if available of course ;-) Wi-fi is a plus as we like to offer all over the property...

Stayed in this hotel for two nights before and after my cruise with MSC and whilst the hotel is in a good location to explore Genoa it is also located in what I can only call an 'amphitheatre of sound' which if it happens to be a busy weekend night can resound into your bedroom even with the double glazing...

The staff were excellent & always very helpful. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and replenished throughout the morning session.

Our room on the back of the Hotel was a reasonable size with a good "on-suite bathroom" and very quiet.
