I am amazed that this is a Sheraton, it was very shabby from the entrance through to the rooms and the wifi was poor. Location for the airport is great. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the building and its associated facilities really lets them down. Come on Starwood get this hotel upgraded.

We have to say, that we got there a friendly Service, but the Room is already oldfashioned" and they should immediate "update" it. For such a high Price per night, i expect a normal Standard and not a 80 Years Design. Room was clean. This is the worst Sheraton I ever been. WIFI is very very slow. Food at the restaurant is poor. Almost no heating in the room. I do not understand why Sheraton is operating such hotel? in all I would not recommend this hotel

Staff are totally demotivated. Breakfast is the worst of any hotel we stay in. Aircon only works in some rooms. Not up to the standards needed for this quality of hotel. Can't be long before Sheraton wakes up and pulls the plug on the franchise.
