They say your booking did not come through...make you pay cash. They later they collect again 50 Euros for a no show. Avoid I am reporting them to the Italian Authorities as soon as I can figure out who that is!! More

This is a last resort. The apartment was fine but we were threaten with police for trying to pay with credit because he said we did not reserve the room. Anyway we paid cash they screwed the booking agent the tax man etc and were happy. More
