This B&B is perfectly positioned in Volastra - out of the heavy tourist areas, but close enough to experience the beauty of this area. Volastra is a charming little village, positioned high above Manarola - a spectacular walk, or you can catch the bus. The B&B is clean, comfortable and the service is very good. An important bonus is the... More

We spent two nights in Il Vigneto in September 2012 and really enjoyed our stay. Nice hosts, beautiful view from the balcony (breakfast is served there when the weather is nice) and clean rooms. Although located high up in the hills, Volastra offers some amazing trails along the coastline, which are far less crowded compared to the Cinque-terre themselves.

A very good restaurant. The staff is friendly, but somewhat impersonal. We stayed for three days and had dinner two nights. Local food with a modern touch and, as always, very good wines. Beautiful outdoor area. The room was "ok" with a large bathroom. Wonderful view and how about a chair or two at the balcony? Breakfast was very plain... More

We stayed three nights in this bed and breakfast in a quad-room. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom and we had a beautiful view. Upon arrival our host gave us great suggestions on how to manage our time between the towns as well as detailed schedules for around town. Breakfast is light (as it is in most... More

average rooms, perhaps too hot in summer but quiet comfortable in springtime. charming view over Manarola. hosts not so helpful-please note: if you 're driving from Genova take the road through Spezia, cause the panoramic view from/throguh Pignone/Vernazza is closed due to huge landslide last autumn (2011)-real poor breakfast absolutely not up to the price

I spent three nights in February. I had a car so going to Manarola was easy and the parking was free. I rented a very spacious and comfortable apartment. The price was very good, the heating, even in the middle of winter, very adequate and the owner was very helpful. My short visit to CT in winter was fabulous and... More

Located in the small hilltop village of Volastra, B&B Il Vigneto offers a stunning view from its terrace of the ocean and the surrounding hills and vineyards. It is also an excellent value and provides a good continental breakfast, which we took on the terrace as the weather was perfect. Volastra is a bit difficult to get to--you must take... More

We rented an apartment with my husband and our 6 month old baby. The apartment was functional and very clean although the door of the fridge was broken and had to be sustained by a chair. When making the reservation I was promised the bus to Manarola would go until 22.30 daily, but was not too surprised it had just... More

First of all it is very difficult to get to this hotel. We didn't have a car so we had to take the train then wait for the bus and take that to the little town. The bus is packed and the people pushed ahead of us to get a seat so we had to lug our suitcases to the... More
