Trieste itself needs to be your primary reason for visiting it as it doesn’t make a good base for exploring the rest of the Friuli region (Cividale or Cormòns would be better), as it’s such a pain to get in and out of. Excellent staff who were very helpful about parking. Rooms variable in that on the first visit the room was large with cheap mini-bar and whilst a bit of a climb to third floor well worth it. Second visit room was smaller and not so well laid out. Breakfast fine and restaurant recommendations great. Would return more

This is a great hotel, bascially what every hotel should be. Attention to detail is great. The rooms are bright, well furnished, the bathroom was lovely and we liked the extra living space. Staff very friendly and a good location. Would definatly stay here again. more
