For the price, there are much nicer and better located hotels in Trieste. Colombia has the potential to be so much better. It looks glamous on the exterior, but the interior is rather lacklustre. The most important factor for me was the vicinity of a train station. Hotel Colombia offers a pretty good location relative to the city center and the train station.
