The Opera B&B could not have been better located - central and opposite the Teatro Regio. This is a modern hotel in an 18th century setting. The matrimonial bedroom with balcony was adequately-sized and the King-size bed was supercomfortable. We had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Opera B&B. Having just opened recently, everything is nice and clean and new. The decor is hip and modern and the bed supremely comfortable. I stayed for one night at Opera B&B. It was clean (unfortunately my room smelled a bit like cleaning substances) and modern and well-located but lacked warmth--I'm referring to the general "feeling" of the place, not to temperature. I am amazed by the comments of the host who says she found the room too clean and smell of detergent. When I stay at hotels or b&b I'm happy if I find the rooms clean!
