Franco is a fantastic host, the apartment is spacious, clean and tidy with everything you need. We arrived early in the morning and Franco had our room ready for us. The apartment could not be in a better position for everything in Bologna. The perfect city break. We will definitely return and would stay at Franco's apartment. Franco spoke good... More

Residenza Ariosto was a great find - right in the centre of town, very clean and modern and Franco takes good care of you! The kitchen is kitted out if you fancy cooking up some fresh tortelloni yourself for dinner. All you could want!

Once more in Bologna and since the hotel that we usually stay had pretty high rates for the dates that we were interested, we tried Ariosto. Excellent choice! Residenza Ariosto is located in the center of Bologna. The studio that they accommodated us was more than spacious with a huge bathroom. Much bigger than any other studio I’ve ever stayed... More

Apartament was huge and spacious. Fully furnished with big kitchen. You have there fridge, microwave, oven, plates and other. Hotel is close to Piazza Maggiore where you can eat breakfast outside and some small shops where you can buy wine and food. Service was perfect and very nice. The way from railway station to Residenza Ariosto is simple. I recommend... More

The apartments were walking distance from the train station, the main street and all of the major sites. Our studio apartment was spacious and well equipped with all the amenities and included a washing machine which was a definite plus. The view looked out onto the street which was noisy and was right above a restaurant (excellent food by the... More

Located right in the heart of the city, there are six small apartments offered to visitors. I stayed, on two separate occasions, in Rooms 3 and 6. Room 6 was located overlooking the rear courtyard and had a separate bedroom, kitchen/lounge and bathroom. Masses of space and extremely comfortable. On my second stay I had a room at the front... A full-equipped, two-bedroom apartment for less than $150-a-night during peak travel season? Maybe because its Bologna, which is not a popular tourist destination. Franco, the owner, does an amazing job and was eager to please. The place was spacious, comfortable and conveniently located in central Bologna off the Via Independenzia and close to major shopping. The kitchen was even equipped... More

Ariosto is not only the best appartment that you can get in Bologna but for me is the best appartment that I've ever stayed in! It is situated just in the heart of the city where you can find places to eat and have a drink until late at night. The rooms are really big, very nicely decorated and fully... More
