We stayed 1 night in this hotel in Bologna. The hotel has modernly designed rooms and very friendly staff. Unfortunately some draw backs: very strange and loud noises when you use water/toilet/shower, rooms were not clean, location is medium. Overall ok, prices were very moderate (60 EUR for 2 people per room per night). We woul not come back though.

The rooms are beautiful and brand new and 4 out of 6 of them have balconies - ask for one! They are modern-looking and have tvs, desks, wardrobes, and lots of room.
