Calm, clean, comfortable, cosy, great breakfast even @ 3 am if requested. Bus stops just outside the hotel and takes you to the old town in 10 min. Linen and towels changed every day. Very helpful staff. Amazing view. Highly reccommend! Good value for money, too.

Urbino Italy was listed on Google as one of the best small cities to visit in Italy. We have been in this hotel for a night at the end of july with a boscolo gift. View is fantastic, thats all. There is no other reason this hotel should be a 4 stars boscolo. Room is average, breakfast low level. With the same gift card in Rome or Siena we could have expererienced a real boscolo

The big room & nice bed, air-con work very well however our room had road and houses view. The staff were very kind and helpful however some staff does not speak good English. Excellent hotel: very peaceful, only 15 minute-walk to Urbino centre, big car park, splendid views, well-equipped rooms with firm, wide beds, extremely helpful staff, breakfast buffet with large selection of dishes, classy restaurant (value for money), special bicycle room with toolkit, pump etc.

Location is perfect, slightly outside of town with a large parking lot and there is a small local bus to go to the historical center. Rooms are beautiful, staff is extremely nice. The place is very quiet and the view on the countryside is splendid :)
