“Horrible Hotel”

This was the worst hotel I've ever been in. It was very dirty and everything was broken and in disrepair. Their credit card reader was broken so they made all of group with no transportation find our way to ATMs to get cash. We were there for a wedding and had a prearranged discounted rate but when we checked out... More

“There are better places closer to Villa D'Este”

We (three adults) stayed at this hotel as it was close to the Villa D'Este (or so we thought). We had a hire car. The location is out of the way and poorly signposted.
