Great rooms & bathroom, your own parking space, gadgets, good service, above average breakfast, friendly service. It's out of town so you need a car. With a car it's easy - 5 min drive to Laurentina Tube Metro B South - Park for 1.5 Euro per day. If car park full, free parking on roads by tube like other commuters.... More

Hotel is placed just outside of GRA (belt highway around Rome) - and that is in my opinion more advantage as a drawback (of course if you are traveling with a car). Rooms are well equipped (glass shower inside of the room, beautiful sanitary engineering, one fridge with semi-prepared foods and ice cream in it, a bar with drinks, coffee... More

We stayed at thehotel one night from the 08. july , and that was for sure anough. The Wireless WIFI did not work, and the lady in the reception did not help us at all. She was rude, only in phone all of the time and did not provide us with eny information at all to help us find locations... More

The initial major drawback was that our flight arrived at 11am and we could not check into our hotel until the earliest fo 4pm so we had to carry our luggage around. We did however know this before so we used a backpack as many of Rome's attractions have steps and is not a great place for suitcases. Had to... More

in a few words i would say: STYLISH BUT NEGLECTED, CLEANLINESS TO BE IMPROVED BY LONG WAY, though not unbeareable. It all starts in a nice but very uncommon manner: there is no website (at the time of writing at least) and no way to find a telephone number of the structure unless you buy a booking by expedia, venere,... I live in Rome but because of renovation works in my house I needed to find a comfortable spot to spend few days. Location: i think is the only downside. it's just out of city boundary in a pretty isolated area (it seems to be more in countryside than in a big city) , few kms from closest underground station... Let me start out that this hotel is actually outside the Rome city limits, surrounded by countryside. When we purchased this hotel on Expedia.com, it was listed as 3 kilometers from the Laurentina metro stop, but in all actuality it was about 5 at least. Unsure about the bus system, we decided to walk and it took us about 3... More
