We made a reservation at a website, the picture seemed nice enough as we were just passing through Rome and needed a place to stay for the night. We went up to the 3rd floor like we saw on the sign, but the door was locked. We talked to the old guy behind the counter on the 1st floor at Caput Mundi. The old man behind the counter stared at the paper for the longest time, then started filling out paperwork for Caput Mundi. I said no - we reserved for Antoinetta's B&B. He shouted at us, told us to get out. We would have, but they would have charged us for a "no show" based on what the website reservation said. I shouted back. Finally I think I got it through to him and he tried to convince us that Caput Mundi and this place were the same. I had no choise but to believe him.
