More of a hostel than a B&B. Really nice welcome from the reception, nice location but noisy as it is next to a main road. Nice size room but is extremely noisy with water pumping into the water tank in the middle of the night, we could hear it whenever next door was having a shower or using the toilet,... More

We are sorry that Miss Erin had a bad sleeping at our place. When she complained she told us about the next room guests who had shower at 4 o' clock at night. We discounted her 15% of the first night cost, which we thought adequate. She agreed, got the discount, then she did not complain anymore, so we thought... More

We were welcomed by very friendly and attentive staff - when we had to leave early in the morning to get a 5:30 a.m. train, they packed us breakfast to take with us and ordered a cab to Termini at a reasonable price. The room was very basically decorated (the La Dolce Vita room - from photos online, the other... More

The location is great... Bus, tram, train - 5-10 minute walk away. Right outside the Vatican wall. Secure. Helpful staff. shuttle to the airport can be requested. Basic adequate breakfast.. BAthrooms and rooms clean. Safe and mini-ref in the room. The curtains could use a little washing. Wifi in the room was erratic. We got the streetside room and the... More

Michele was an excellent host. The B&B was very spacious and a tremendous value. We frankly just needed a place to sleep since we walked around Rome from sunrise to sunset. Our suite had two bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower, kitchen, and small dining room. The rooms were clean and a basic breakfast was provided, plus a cappuccino maker.... More

We spent 2 nights at this B and B after a 10 day cruise from Rome. It is just clocks from the Vatican and close to good shopping and restaurants. we walked formiles and saw all the main attractions of Rome, but the Vatican Museum is one of the highlights. The staff were helpful, even with their limited English. A... More

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and although we knew we had the right address, the doors were shut and there was nothing on the outside to indicate that this was indeed the place. Just as I was about to phone their number, someone came out and it was only once we got into the entrance hall that we saw... More

It's located about 200 meters from the Ottaviano Metro station. You wouldn't think it was the place if you don't see the number 9 on the side of the door to the building. Our room was also on the 6th floor but as soon as we got in the room, we were surprised - we asked for a quadruple room... More

My family, some friends and I stayed in this B&B last October. We had two triple rooms in the new part, which was situated few blocks away from the older one. Both of our rooms had just been renovated and were extremely clean. They were spacious and we had all that we needed in the room. Right outside our window... More
