The location was wonderful, the rooms were clean. The front desk staff were cold and impersonal - they need to work harder on their customer service. Exellent, rooms were plenty big enough (we had 3 in our room), plenty of room in bathroom, tho sparce by American standards, couldn't get over how spotless not only our rooms were but the entire hotel, same as before.
