This is a SHAME of the person who dares to rent these awful apartments to people!!! Maybe he could turn it into a hotel for animals, as only these can put up with tiny, semi- underground flats with bad smell .....Please do not believe a word of the relevant website, don't expect breakfast ( it's coffee with a small croissant),... more

Don't stay here. We got a triple room. It was like a dungeon: No window in the basement. The room was stifling hot; NO FANS. The bathtub was filled with mold! We've stayed in Vatican B&B for two days in May 2008. The B&B is 5 min walk from Vatican, ~20-30 min walk from city center. There's a direct bus to railway station via city center.
