Our family ot three stayed at residenza ki in september . first two night were in a small room,then we upgraded to a large rooms for a large rooms for the final two nights. The residenza Ki has the best location in rome.We walked everywhere from this hotel.the decor was nice.the staff was helpful and breakfast was above average. more

excellent hotel situated at 3 minutes from barberini metro station.Nice atmosphere,you seems of being to house.the rooms always cleaning are big and essental.Free internet and helpful staff.we will come back again. more

We spent 3 days in Residenza KI.We found the location superb,very close to the trevi fountain and spanish steps.The staff were helpful and rooms clean,superb cappucino in the morning.Overall the price is good,and location excellent. We come back again next year. more

i have read the previous review and also i have to pay cash. we have asked explanations and the boy of the reception has explained to us that they were change operating telephone and they did not know when would be returned the line. we haven't problems because at the end of the street there was a ATM machine. fantastic... more
