I like this B&B a lot. This is more like a small scale hotel/motel but not the traditional B&B. The host does not live on the property. It's a 3-master suite bedroom condo/apartment in a residential property. Aelius and the building seems newly renovated. It's located very close to Termini so the outside area isn't that appealing. We were at Aelius for 3 nights in October. We had a triple (one double bed and one twin) with a private bath with a multi-spray shower/tub/whirlpool contraption that I loved. Great breakfast: good cappachino, fresh pastries, yogurt, fruit, juice, etc. I wasn't in the other rooms, but I understand that they all have a laptop and a flat-screen TV.... more
