A very nice place with a superb attention of her owner and the girl who work with her, Mrs Nunez. The room we use was confortable, clean and had a nice view to a little piazza and to the Ministry of Finance. The bathroom had a extra, the shower is powerfull! It is separete bya 4 minuts walking to Termini... More

From even before we arrived, Maria made contact to ensure our room would be ready for our chosen time of arrival. She was also very helpful in giving us advise of parking before we arrived. The accommodation is fantastic! Beautiful big room with a proper queen bed, complementary water and wifi and amenities in the lovely small bathroom. Maria did... More

Instead this turned out to be a cultural experience. Maria and Jeros were friendly and eager to make sure we were comfortable. “Conscientious” is an apt description. If you want all the comforts of home, go somewhere else. If you want to learn about the ordinary day of locals, stay here. We found other reviewers described this B&B very well:... More

Thank you, thank you, thank you Aelius B&B! We felt like we were at home. The room was just big enough, comfortable. the bathroom was always clean and needy. It is not just one of the B&Bs. Very different, surpring; you stay in one of the rooms of the Aelius house. Only the kitchen use is common. Clean and nice.... More

We stayed here for 3 nights, we enjoyed the place very much and we will come back. People are very warm; Maria and her assistant will give you answers on all of your questions even they are doing other things. Free use of laptop and fresh bread for breakfast, what can you ask for. We will definitely go back except... More

We enjoyed our stay at the Aelius B and B primarily because it was very hot and crowded with tourists during our visit to Rome. After a long day on our feet we appreciated the airconditioning and internet. Our 2 rooms were also very clean. Although on the corner of 2 busy streets the hum of the airconditioner masked the... We stayed at the Aelius B&B for nine nights and were very pleased. We selected it based on the number of positive reviews that stressed the cleanliness and the convenience of the location. We were not disappointed. Maria sets a high standard and it is immaculate. Fresh ironed sheets every other day and fresh towels daily. Jeros was lovely and... More

Stayed here 5 nights March 2011. Breakfast is adequate - Cereal, coffee, tea, croissants, yoghurt, juice - pretty much what it seems you would get in most places in Rome other than the high starred hotels. Rooms are clean and comfortable but small. Near to Termini and also a bus stop outside the front door that will get you just... More
